Provide UK postcode address look up and population function to an Excel spreadsheet

Description
Description of requirements/functionality: I would like to create an Excel spreadsheet to collect data which has the ability for the user to enter a UK postcode and search for the correct address which then populates the spreadsheet with the full address and postcode. I am not sure if it is possible to use Google Map API to look up and populate a UK address or whether it will need to connect to a third party system such as Crafty Clicks or Simply Postcode. The user of the spreadsheet would need to have internet access to use the functionality
I would also then like to create a number of drop down boxes so the user can enter data which is pulled from a separate spreadsheet using a look up option
Specific technologies required: MS Excel and possibly Google Maps api
Extra notes: Please provide evidence of previous project using UK address look ups etc

Hi, I would have thought you would need to purchase a commercial product or license to do this job and provide full address information with each postcode, but would a look-up function relating to postcode subsector eg DA10 4 do instead?
Happy Energy Solutions Ltd31 Mar 2017it needs to be the full address. we do have a licence with Crafty Clicks and they have suggested using a VB script in Excel and they would help us to implement it
