The Company
We are a Virtual Assistant company based in South Norwood, London, supporting property investors, landlords, business owners, entrepreneurs all over the UK. We believe in delivering clarity, expertise and efficiency to each and every client, working in partnership with them to achieve their business goals. We as a company hand our clients day to day administration required to run their property businesses.
The Role
I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to take responsibility for managing my clients. Ideally, you have been a Virtual Assistant before with experience in managing property, either single lets or HMO’s.
This is an opportunity for an experienced PA who wants to work flexible hours from home, although there is space a desk space available if you would to come in use it.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties are varied and include but are not restricted to:
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
• Diary management including taking care of personal or business calendar and emails
• Taking inbound calls from various different businesses, like their receptionist
• Create, update and maintain various social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin etc
• Update wordpress site with latest blog post
• Database / CRM creation and maintenance
• Create, update and/or amend email newsletter using an array of online programs
• would
LETTING
• Create, update and maintain property or room lets on various property portals
• Create and complete all legal documents for new, exisiting or departing
• Update client and their customers on sales progresson
• Liasing with estate agents, solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, surveyors on behalf of client
• Liaise between landlord and potential tenant regarding check in and check out
• Research (if required) tradesmen and obtain quotes for work
• Various administration involved in property letting
• Conduct customer service calls to client’s current and prospective clients
• Book appointments and add to shared Google Calendar
Skills and Specifications
We are looking for experienced candidates with sound PA and administration skills. The ideal candidate will be:
• Available to work 8:00 am – 8:00pm Monday-Sunday GMT (although you will not be required to do so, you just need to be availble should work come in)
• Fluent English only, must be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing at all levels
• Able to be enterprising, proactive and use own initiative as well as being able to work in a team.
• Enjoyment of working for a portfolio of different characters is essential
• Professional, friendly with high levels of integrity
• Must have impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to accept feedback and constructive criticism
• Prioritise their own workload and work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
