PPC Freelancer

I am looking to hire a freelance PPC manager on a monthly basis, doing around 16 hours of work per month on a retained basis.

This will include PPC work across:

- Google Search
- Google Display
- Google Remarketing
- Paid Facebook & Twitter ads
- Paid LinkedIn ads

Generally speaking the workflow would be:

- Receive a brief
- Forecast impressions, click throughs and leads for the campaigns across each and suggest budget needed to achieve this
- Get client approval
- Put campaign live and optimise as required
- Report results

Looking for someone with proven experience of PPC work delivering results and managing a campaign from start - finish. Ideally looking for someone who is a good communicator and contactable via email/Skype.
