We are looking for intelligent, detail-oriented, motivated Pay Per Click Advertising specialists to assist us in achieving our online marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC), strong written and verbal skills, and expertise in Google AdWords, Google Analytics. MSN AdCenter expertise also desired, but not required.
Must take a look at current Ad-words Campaign see if it makes sense to rebuild around it or destroy it to keep our business going on track with bringing in leads. Must know how to develop landing paged for Ad-words landing page.
The candidate should also be results driven, self-motivated, ambitious, organized, articulate and a self-starter. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for helping us develop and launch PPC campaigns on an as-needed basis.
Experience with Search Engine Optimization is a plus.
Pay Per Click Specialist Duties
Implement Strategies to lower spend and increase clicks.
Help create PPC strategies and keyword research and analysis
Implementation of PPC strategies
Help create and optimize the existing PPC campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, etc.
Assist in reviewing and optimizing underperforming ads
Help analyze performance of campaigns along with recommendations for improvements
Recommend new content for websites, as needed
Recommend landing page optimization, as needed
Must be detail-oriented and reliable
PPC required skills:
- Google AdWords
- Google Analytics
- Strong written and communications skills
- Good copywriting and grammar skills
Skills strongly desired, but not required:
- Google Website Optimizer
- MSN adCenter
- Knowledge of SEO
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor all web, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and display advertising for Wanderlust corporate events, media, and merchandise
Collaborate with Marketing Director and Social Media Manager to develop creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
Own, allocate, and track digital advertising budget; set and meet CPA goals
Track analytics for all digital ads across platforms on a weekly basis; offer data-backed optimization strategies that increase traffic to the dot com and produce conversions.
Build all target audiences (niche and wide) and offer the know-how to leverage existing, core fan base, while simultaneously broadening reach into new audiences.
Establish digital advertising best practices for the company and train the team on these techniques.
Maintain knowledge of rapid industry changes and advertising algorithms.
