Description
Experience Level: Entry
Looking for someone who is experienced and preferably still uses Pitman Shorthand. We have a project that requires quite a large amount of shorthand to be typed up. When you apply please be clear on how and when you used/use Pitman shorthand.
Preferably we are looking for someone who is local to Worcestershire or Birmingham so that the work needing to be deciphered can be handed over as it is rather a lot to scan in. Alternatively you are also welcome to come and work from our offices irregularly or regularly to complete the project if that suits.
Since the work has been completed previously but mislaid by the client we anticipate that when typed up it is equivalent to 35 A4 pages. To help with any personalisation of the shorthand we can share with you part of the project that was deciphered a while ago.
We are looking for someone to start on this project asap and complete it ideally in the next 2-3 weeks. Once we have chosen someone to complete the project, we will email over two pages for you to then quote on the potential number of hours that you think it will take.
Many thanks
