What we want to do is introduce a script that will automatically allocate a task to members of our staff. There are 4 task types and around a dozen members of staff.
Not all staff can do all the tasks: some staff can do tasks 1 and 2, some can only do task 3, some can do all of them etc... the attachment will give you an idea of what I\'m referring to (the letters relate to staff initials). Please note this is just an example - there will be a few more staff members to add.
The idea is that our sales team will be able to visit the new web page and basically see 4 submit buttons (1 for each task). On submission, the task is allocated to a member of staff (the submit command needs to return the staff member\'s name). Each task has it\'s own \'loop\' of staff members, so when you click submit the person at the top of the loop is allocated the task and then they move to the bottom of the loop, with the person who was previously second moving up to the top etc...
In order to manage this we also need the ability to:
a) take people out of the loop for holidays etc, so a \'remove from [date] to [date] options is needed,
b) add or remove people to/from each loop
c) add new staff to the loop (staff that were previously not in any of the loops - new staff members etc)
