Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities of the Executive Administrative Assistant:
Operate as the organization's gatekeeper
Main responsibilities include keeping the office organized and running efficiently
Handle the day-to-day calendar and communications for the Directors
Answer calls, take messages and schedule meetings
Create draft communication, writes letters and prepares draft press releases
Respond to email inquiries or route them to the appropriate director
Proofread reports and written documents for grammar and punctuation errors
Responsible for creating and maintaining program participants’ databases
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Handle basic bookkeeping responsibilities
Contact members, prepares handouts and takes minutes for board meetings
Order and keep track of office supplies
Oversee office equipment (fax machines, phone system and copiers)
Grant writing experience is preferred but not required

Good day, I just wanted to clarify that this is a remote position? I see that an item on your job description says to maintain office equipment; I have had previous clients provide these items to me for specific projects in my home office however this entry made the project sound more like an in-house position.
