Dear Sir/Madam,
I run two businesses, an IT consultancy and support company (Webtechy) and serviced apartments business (Eden Apartments). I require assistance to help with the following tasks for Webtechy:
# Taking customer support calls and routing to the correct engineer (with relevant skill set etc.)
# Tracking issues in our CRM system (any experience with Microsoft CRM 3.0 is beneficial)
# Calendar/meeting organising
In addition for Eden Apartments I require:
# Making bookings into the system
# Making sure customers are informed how to get to the apartment and check-in etc.
# Taking payment details off customers
# Organising cleaners
I can re-route my current number to your designed number. Both businesses have different numbers. Each would need to be answered with the respective company name.
For Webtechy, if we assume 5 calls per day and 3 e-mails a day that would need to be handled. A lot of this will be directing calls to the right people and entering calendar information etc. I would also be interested to know if you would be interested in proactively generating business for Webtechy as well, such as by calling local businesses and sending out information on the services we provide?
For Eden Apartments we have 1 apartment at the moment, and probably take a couple of calls a day and about 5 or so emails to deal with a day.
I can provide you with an Outlook Web Access e-mail account so will be completely branded as an employee. You will also have remote access to our Intranet with all required documentation on (a SharePoint site).
A few questions:
# Where are you based?
# Would you also be able to come to meetings to take notes or to the apartment for inspections?
# what hours of the day would you be able to take calls?
# How many different staff would be dealing with Webtechy and Eden Apartments? (The fewer the better to get to know the business)
# Have you experience of Microsoft CRM 3.0?
# Have you experience of Microsoft Outlook?
# Could you please give me an indication of price?
# Are you able to forward calls to myself and the support engineers? If so, what costs are involved in the call forwarding?
# Can you send SMS texts?
# What reporting abilities do you have to detail what calls have been taken etc.?
# Do you have a trial period?
