We are a leading UK based call centre.

We handle telephone calls on behalf of hundreds of different UK businesses.

Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our services, we require assistance (ad-hoc) with maintaining the web-based system we use to handle calls.

Each of our clients who we answer calls for has there own \"call screen\" on our system. The call screen displays on our telephone operators computer when a call comes in for that company and it gives them instructions and all the information they need to handle the call effectively.

We require the successful freelancer to:

1. Create new \"call screens\" when we take on new customers
2. To update/change existing call screens as and when required

Our system is fully web-based. All call screens follow a set template and are written in basic HTML and uploaded by FTP.

The actual workload involved in this job is difficult to determine as it depends on how many new clients we take on and updating call screens is as and when required by our clients, so this job would suit a full-time freelancer who has other work, but can fit in our work when necessary. Ideally we need someone \"on call\" between 9-5, Mon-Fri.

The work is on-going and as we build and develop the working relationship with the freelancer, workloads can be more guaranteed.

It would be an advantage if the freelancer lived close enough to travel to our office which is in south Buckinghamshire (for very occasional meetings and initial training).
