I am looking for a person to take over our customer care, sales and admin.
Needs to be a self-starter with initiative; a versatile multi-task handling, organised whizz who is comfortable with everything from making a sales call, getting an email campaign nailed to updating databases.
Your job functions would include:
• Answering customer service emails and calls
• Updating databases
• Managing order fulfilment
• Follow-up & up-selling existing customers
• Find and contact new customers
• Running reports
• Liaising with our bookkeeper (sending orders, invoices, etc.)
• Perhaps social media management
You will work directly with me, I’m an Entrepreneur/Director, I run two diverse online businesses; this position is at the retail enterprise which is growing and I want to train someone to take over from me, someone who will love the job and take it to its maximum opportunity!
Needs to be available during UK 9-5 hours. Will work remote but may need to meet, so needs to be UK resident.
