We have an issue with our PBX setup causing the occasional faiiled dial, originaly thought to be an issue with our IAX2 trunk provider apparently it is an issue that is at our end.
Need you to investigate the error, solve & help setup a fallback trunk in the event of any future issues.
Asterisk version 11.2 running on Centos. It's hosted on an AWS ec2 with the phones located in our office. I can provide access to view logs or provide logs first whichever is easiest.
