Hi
I need a program to show my project findings. I am planning for this simple program to have two parts. First of which is where you plug in an input and an output comes out, this I can do. But, the second part involves creating multiple scientific 3D graphs of the findings that the user can choose from, The findings are on an excel CSV file and I need the data in the CSV file to be accessed by visual Basic to create the different graphs.
Check attachments to see the type of graphs I need to visual basic to compile and change depending on the data set

Timeline for the project can be pushed until the 15-18th of April if you can integrate the code that I have already written in vb ( my work is sloppy but I do not think you will have a problem integrating it in an hour) into the 3D graph generator.
Let me give you some context so you can understand what I need to be done as I do not need for you to reinvent the wheel by creating an engine from scratch which would be unwise and expensive I would assume, as the program would only be used for a very particular part region in a specific thermodynamic cycle.
To give some context int my research. Lets say that you have an energy power-plant and this power-plant is investigating the use of 3 cases, all the cases will test 4 fuels. All 4 fuels will be tested in the power plant at the same range of temperature (85 Celsius to 105 Celsius) and pressure (10 bar to 30 bar) to find which fluid is best in terms of performance outputs (efficiency , amount of power it can provide... and so on) at a particular temperature and pressure point at the specified case (Look to Picture one to try to make sense of it). I know it sounds complex but I have done all the theoretical research by finding everything so all the input and output data are in an organised CSV file (please find an excel sheet that shows the findings for case one), now I just need to show my findings . My findings will show the same 4 performance parameters for each of the 4 fluids for case 1 (With the inputs being Temperature and Pressure). Case 2 will be the same as case one but you have 4 performance parameters + 1 value for pressure (So you only have Temperature as the input) for each of the 4 fluids. As for case 3, it has the same 5 performance parameters (with the input being temperature and pressure) for each of the 4 fluids.
So now what do I need for the program to do. Firstly the user will need to specify if the program needs to look through case 1, case 2 or case 3. It will then need to be told if it needs to look through all the 4 fluids or just one fluid. After that it, it will need to told the specific temperature and pressure points ( this is right for case 1 and 3. But case 2 will only require a temperature point). Then the program will just look in the relevant CSV file and show the relevant findings for that point. This I have done already for case one (took me a day to do and I could be considered as a beginner in vb, just a few windows, text boxes, buttons, radio check-marks and a loop with an IF, which is straightforward so should not be difficult to redo the work for the other to cases). Now we come to the part I need you to help me with, please look at the pdf file I have attached with the name "program flowchart" (the boxes with blue background is where I need your help, for example if user selected case ... for one fluid which is (''') he will the need to specify the performance parameter he needs to show in axis (z) i.e. (1"' or 2''' or 3''' or 4''') as x-y are always (pressure and temperature), and if the user selected case ... for all fluids he will not need to specify the fluid type, he will only need to specify the type performance parameter he needs show in axis (z)) { look at the pdf then the excel file then picture for single fluid {single fluid only shows one surface} and multiple fluids in this order to see what I am trying to do}.
My work to this point has been done on vb but if you want to convert it to another language I would not have a problem and I do not think that It would be difficult to do as what I have done to this point could be considered as simple. All I need is a program that I can run without blatantly needing to open visual studio.
I have found something that can do scientific 3D graphs in Visual Studio, it is called ILNumerics ( I could not follow their tutorials due to my lack of knowledge in using C# and them using C# to explain how to create the 3 graphs). They offer a free 14 day trial without any software limitations if you just plug in an email.
The work should not take more than a week to do.
Kind regards
A AL
