Uni Baggage is a student courier service allowing students to send their stuff home via a courier rather than pay excess baggage fees or get their parents to drive up to collect them.
We need some one to answer emails from students and parents, they are simple customer service emails.
We need the person to make calls to Parcel Force to chase up orders and ensure items arrive safely.
This role is is not full time and only needed during peak periods and when people are away on holiday to keep an eye on the emails.
We need to person to check up on emails a few times a day, around 2-3 hours a day of work (not every day).
During peak periods (September) you maybe required to work more than this.
Experience with customer services would be good.
