Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
General support required on a part-time / flexible hours basis for the CEO of a small media company focussed on the financial services sector, to help alleviate administration and time consuming tasks.
Expectation of 2-3 hours over a day initially, potentially to be increased over time.
Support tasks include such as:
- Managing e-mail inbox and responding to meeting and call requests
- Writing up handwritten notes from staff catch-ups
- Writing up client meeting notes from handwritten notes
- Corresponding with prospective candidates and suppliers
- Managing LinkedIn connections from downloads
- Sending out responses to prospective sponsors for initial information
- Plus other ad hoc tasks for other staff members
The ideal candidate will:
- Be used to dealing with a fast moving environment and demanding clients
- Write very coherently and to a high English language standard
- Be able to multi-task
Also, as this is the first time I’m seeking the services of a personal assistant, it would be helpful if the candidate has experience working with someone in setting up a PA-Manager arrangement.
