General information for the business: We sell IT Infrastructure solutions for SME businesses.

Description of Business Development: We have new business data, which we are looking for a telesales person to work through to try and secure meetings and telephone introductions from client services staff. We are looking at a monthly retainer of 16 hours (2 days) a month, to work through the data over an initial 3 month trial. If the trial is successful, we would look to extend this for a further three months and so on.
Success would be getting through to the decision maker, making an introduction and securing further correspondence to send across more details and/or quote. Additional correspondents would be sent from client services staff after the lead and interests have been qualified by the telesales advisor.
Extra notes: We are looking for someone with proven experience in telesales and who is willing to have a call with us to go through the services we will be promoting. We are a technical business and a certain level of understanding of our services and how to pitch them to clients is required. We would anticipate this introduction training call to be approximately an hour. We would support in putting together qualifying questions and introductions.
