Outbound sales calls addressing the leisure industry

We require an english speaking telesales expert to make outbound cold calls to gyms and leisure centres. The service offered is a marketing programme for gyms to participate in which uses websites and iPhone applications to attract more customers to the gym.

The objective of this role would be to secure \'warm\' calls for our management team, or to close sales by convincing a gym to sign up to the programme.

We are looking for someone to work 3 days per week on a week-to-week basis. Duration of contract will depend on effectiveness and the first 3 days will be a trial period for all parties to see if expectations can be met all round.

We are prepared to consider a fixed fee based on a daily or 3-day weekly amount, however we would encourage bids from people with confidence in their sales ability and will consider a commission based scheme.

Commission would be paid based on securing a \'warm\' call for our management team, then additional commission for a completed sale. Precise arrangements and conditions can be discussed.

The service offered has already received extremely positive feedback in the market and achieving the above objectives is proving to be very achievable. What we require now is volume of calls.

Ideal bidders will have telesales experience, an excellent phone manner, an interest in gyms and leisure facilities, and a high level understanding of how iPhone applications can be used alongside website services. London based would be preferable but not essential. Working from home would be fine although at least one face-to-face session would be required for training and test calls. Mandatory updates with the management team would be required on a daily basis.
