Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I have oustanding legal issues that my current Solicitor is failing to finish off. I am looking for a solicitor that will finish these issues off quickly. I am currently waiting for copies of my files so I am hoping to appoint someone as soon as possible
1st case
I have been in court with a brewery who changed the TAW(tenancy at will) agreement that I signed. They transferred the back page of another document from my company name to my personal name. They backed down in there case. I enclose document case 2 which will give a statement of the facts for the case.
I am now persuing the brewery for the original deposit my company made to them as they have not refunded this. I have contacted the brewery and they agree with me that the document that they took me to court is a fake. I have handed this corropondence to my solicitor who has not acted on this for 4-5months now. Attached fax to brewery gives general content of case to date. all the corrosponding documents
I am looking for someone to take this on and obtain the companies funds back with interest. And obtain any other compansation for breach of contract, compensation for the brewery reps lying in court in previous case, loss of earnings etc. The last conversation I had with the brewery they were looking for a meeting at present rather than lengthy ct case.
2nd case
I have won a case against one off my clients I have been paid a percentage of the monies owed to me but my solicitor has failed to finish the case off and obtain the balance of my money.
3rd case
Yet to be set in motion. A simple bad debt case. Work was carried out in costing and preparing a building project for finance the vendor has refused to pay as he did not obtain finance. He misinformed us of his credit rating and was made full aware of the costs before proceeding
