General information for the website: We sell mobile phone cases and covers online
Database management system (DBMS): MySQL
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We have an eCommerce site that sells mobile phone accessories. Each product on the website has a set of 'attributes' where we can add things like colour, type of case, material of case. Over time these have been populated for future use and filtering. Now we have added a filtering system to the site it is apparent that the attributes need trimming down as there are far too many. You can see what I mean if you visit this page: https://www.gadgetwear.co.uk/apple-cases-covers (you will see the filters down the right hand side).
So, we have made a spreadsheet (attached) to show what the attributes should be changed from > to. We thought the best way to do this would be with SQL Commands directly into the database. You will see from the spreadsheet it looks like about 120 commands would need to be performed.
