At the moment I have Exchange on a local server. I am switching to hosted Exchange and so want to extract/copy all information (mail, calendar, contacts and tasks) from one mailbox to the hosted account. At the same time I want to change my local machine from working with a roaming profile to a local profile but with all the settings, desktop etc being copied from the roaming profile to the local profile. The server is running SBS 2003, the local machine is running XP with Outlook 2003. I want this work to be carried out on-site so it is essential that you can get to Ipswich easily (I would prefer it for someone who lives Colchester/Ipswich area). The work can be carried out in an evening or weekend and needs to be done as soon as possible. I would then require availability for support for a week or so afterwards in case there are any problems that need to be mopped up.
