I am looking for someone UK based
This job comprises:
1. ‘C’ code for Capacitive Touchpad
2. Touchpad full functionality software and circuit development
3. Mobile telephone + webpage application development
Initially I need a quote for item #1, but also from people who can carry out or arrange #2 & #3 later.
Alarm panel touch pad
I have a prototype 3x3 touch pad with capacitive pads (1- 9) each backlit with a Bicolour LED
The assembly has male headers straight out of the back and can plug into breadboard as an 18 pin DIL package
One header is connected directly to the 9 capacitive pads
The other header connects to the LEDs: 3 red anodes, 3 green anodes, 3 common cathodes
[Anodes via 330 ohm series resistors]
The assembly is tested:
Perfboard module with MPR121 and an ATmega328 reading the 9 capacitive pins and displays touch responses through Arduino IDE’s serial plotter [line graph]
A second 328 drives the Bicolour LED matrix
Between the capacitive input and the LED output I need some software, probably written in ‘C’ & running from a single micro if possible.
Quotation item #1
I need this assembly to perform demonstrational functionality
A user will need to enter a single code, each button illuminates + haptic as it is touched, followed by the whole code sequence being repeated back, LED visual verification + beep
Lastly there is an immediate unlock output
There does not have to be any internal code checking for this demo; any code will unlock. This is purely for Proof of Concept so that the user can experience the operation.
Achieving this functionality may entail some PCB (re) design of my present prototype and at this or some future stage it will be appropriate swap obsolete MPR121, and 328 for AT42QT1111 and a maxim LED driver. There will be capacitive threshold setting/tuning.
This concludes the Stage 1 quotation that I need
Please bear in mind that I prefer people to quote on the basis that they are also able to carry out further stages of development this job, I envisage as follows:
#2 The Touch Pad micro will send data to a second security micro which will entail algorithm, look up table, one time pad, rolling code, key and encryption
#3 A mobile phone application will need to be written, whereas code analogous to what’s inside the above ‘security micro’ will need to have a duplicate algorithm on the ‘phone. The phone will generate codes to unlock the Touch Pad, based on the user’s credentials
