Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Last year I started marketing freelancing, specialising in social media. Very quickly I realised there was scope for me to run an agency. There are now three of us working part-time however, none of us has ever worked for an agency before which means we 'make up' a lot of the systems and processes.
We have just taken on some more client work and I am now at a point where I really need help implementing some proper systems and processes, things like work/time allocation, proposal templates, monthly reports etc.
We also have a steady flow of incoming work (I have a high conversion rate!) of mainly marketing strategy and implementation. I could do with help with the strategy, the implementation can be handled by us via my account executives.
Finally, we are about to rebrand and so there may be the opportunity to help with branding ideas (not graphic design) and web content (I have chosen a designer already).
So, what I am looking for someone who meets the following criteria (these are NOT negotiable):
- UK based, English as first language
- 2+ years experience working in a marketing agency (by this I mean a p;roper 'bricks and mortar' agency)
- marketing qualification, preferably CIM
- experience working across a range of different industries
We are all working mums and I envisage this being an ongoing role for someone who would be an intrinsic part of our team, albeit remotely. Failing that, someone who could help me get our 'house in order' so we can continue to grow. We have a 'work hard, play hard' approach and really enjoy what we do. Basically I am looking for someone who would like to commit to some regular and ongoing work.
When you apply please send me url to your LinkedIn profile.
