Mapplic integration with a custom post type to display items on a map

Company managing a diverse portfolio of solar assets across Europe and soon overseas.

The portfolio page is very outdated and currently shows an image grid of the assets, which loads too slow.

We would like this page to show an interactive map with pins, along with a listing of all our assets. Clicking on a pin should replace the asset list with the individual asset showing information about the asset, (info and images etc)

Hovering over the pinpoints should highlight the text in the table, conversely hovering over the text in the table should "animate" the pin on the map.

We will want our company colors for the map and for the table.

There should also be a thumbnail of one more different countries that then loads a different map along with different assets.

All of this needs to be responsive to look perfect on whatever sized screen it is used.

Ideally the map will be very easy to edit, using the information from custom post types to display the asset information and the image will be the featured image of the individual post.
