Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
WE are small games company called KLOO Games. We produce language and reading games with a rapidly expanding range. Through our games you can learn a foreign language (currently French, Spanish or Italian) or learn how to read (for youngsters). The games are real world, card and board games and very well received with lots of awards.
We are also small and time poor! We have launched various on-line assets but find it difficult to a) manage them and b) our tone may not be quite right. Our customers are predominantly parents supporting their children's education and teachers. We also get adult language learners. We want to be more engaged and active. Of course we want to drive fans and followers and ultimately traffic to our store / Amazon. Specifically we want to:
- run Facebook competitions / chat and links;
- be involved on twitter with regular interaction every day;
- we want a short chatty blog updated and written once a week (with larger pieces written by me);
- conduct email campaigns to a database of customers and contacts and also a schools database - once a month;
- overhaul our Facebook and twitter designs.
We believe we have good assets (websites, videos, awards) with more in the pipeline. These can be effectively leveraged.
WE think this will involve checking in and updating social media assets every day and spending a few minutes on each. It might suit a freelancer who works from home and has has an instinct for social media, a good "voice", and who can engage but also plan and execute meaningful marketing activity. At the end of the day we want to drive sales. If a the candidate is successful we will retain the services.
We want a good, honest, friendly and open relationship - but to be maintained it needs to be successful with measurable results in terms of driving numbers and us tracking visits to the store.
If you think this might be you...let me know your rates, what work you think this entails in terms of actions and time required. Of course we look to keep our costs under control but we also want to see a track record of success in Social Media.
Good luck
Andrew
