I am setting up an new online estate agency and require an independent mortgage broker who has access to all lenders to assist our potential first time buyers and property investors.
We are looking for someone who is experienced, who can build and maintain a good reputation. The ideal candidate will offer clients much more than a service that simply matches a home loan product to a client's needs. The broker I am looking for must be willing to go the extra mile to obtain as much relevant information as possible from a client in order to create a case that has as much chance as possible in being accepted by a lender.
Most important critera aspect I am looking for is the successful candidate will provide their services between 9am - 10pm (7 days a week). We are not following a traditional estate agent system, so flexibility is an absolute must for potential buyers.
Second important criteria that we require is speed of service. We need to weed out the timewasters as qucikly as possible and get the good candidates around before they lose interest in the property they have enquiried about.
This role is ideally suited for someone who is setting up their business or has started and looking for more business. Our estate agency will only ever market a maximum of 20 properties at any time, so we do not expect this to be a full time role just yet.
Regarding fees, you will earn your fees from the lenders commissions. Successful buyers will be charged a fee from the estate agency for the introduction to your services. (This will be discussed in more detail with the successful applicant)
This role will commence at the end of August 2010.
