Description
Experience Level: Expert
Sales people required to sell long term residential care placements in specialist care / nursing homes that specialise in the care of people with alcohol or drug dependency issues, with mental health or other high dependency needs.
Promoting and selling to:
• Hospital discharge teams
• Social Services Referrers
• Social Services and NHS Commissioners
Across the following areas:
• London
• South East England
• South West England
Training and visits to the residential Centres whose placement you are selling will be arranged. This will include training on how the sector operates as well as how to take initial referrals of clients.
This is a relationship building sale requiring you to follow-up from initial meetings to generate sales. We therefore require people representing us in each of these areas to live within the area they are selling in to easily enable return visits to prospective purchasers.
You will also need to continue to maintain regular contact with prospective referrers to maximise the number of referrals of clients to our Care Homes.
We need to fill 40 beds in an 8 week period.
We can provide prospect lists of organisations and contacts, although you will need to be able to source and develop your own contacts as well.
Experience of selling into the NHS and Social Services is not necessary; we can acclimatise’ you to the sector. What’s more important is your track record in rapidly building sales generating relationships.
Immediate starts are required. Due to the timeframe and geography involved we will be appointing a number of people to this project and will appoint from Bids on each of the next 3 Fridays.
Although this is an 8 week project, we have other similar projects that people can move onto.
Although advertised as a Commission’ based project we will discuss some level of base fee advance for the right people.
