Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Hello Social Media Freelancers. My name is Chris and I run a small London-based marketing agency called businesshands (www.businesshands.co.uk). I am looking for a London based social media expert for one of my clients. My client is a Leadership expert and provides consultancy and training to C-Level Execs, Non-Exec Directors and Senior Legal Leaders. What I am looking for is someone who is not only good at social media, but is passionate and Knowledgeable around Leadership, Politics and Business.
This is not a role for someone who wants to stack up a load of quotes or posts in Hootsuite at the beginning of the week / month and forget about it. This is a discerning client who likes to have high quality posts relating to Leadership that match up with things going on in the news that day. I'll also want you to manage and grow my client's social media community by searching out and following the target audience and responding to any interactions and so this is really about social media account management rather than just posting.
The role is for two platforms - Twitter and LinkedIn. 2-3 posts per day on Twitter. 1-2 posts per day on LinkedIn. The client regularly writes blogs as well and I would like the successful freelancer to take the blog and publish this through LinkedIn's Pulse and also publish it in the 10-15 LinkedIn groups that they are a member of. This additional job currently takes me a total of 10 minutes so it's not a big job.
For management of this account, because we recognise that it's a bit of a specialist topic, we are happy to pay a rate of £225 per month. We don't do hourly rates I'm afraid, however this is good as it guarantees you a set amount per month. If you're good with this account and you would like more work, we have plenty of other work that we can throw your way. As a business, we really value our freelancers and like to consider you as part of the family and provide as much support to you, to help you give our clients the very best outcomes.
If this sounds of interest, please get in touch.... let me just say again though. (i) You must be London-based and (ii) You must have a good general grasp of leadership, business and politics.
Please do not apply if you are (i) outside of London (ii) a student (iii) another agency (iv) someone who has limited experience or knowledge and thinks they can wing it :) - I'm building a team of high quality freelancers that I can rely on to deliver a top quality experience. Sorry if it seems I'm repeating myself... but you wouldn't believe the amount of people we get who apply without reading the full brief.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for the invitation to send a proposal. I'm actually working onsite with a client in Miami for the next 2 months. 95% of my client are London based, and there have been no issues with this. For 2 months, I can schedule the LinkedIn posts the evening before to go out at 9am UK time, and post in real time for Facebook at peak UK times (1pm & 3pm).
Let me know your thoughts.
Kind regards,
Sophie
