General information for the website: AI and AutoBot Powered Live Chat
Description of requirements/features: Website Live ChatBot
Aim;
To create a live chat plugin that can be used on any type of website by either installing code or a plugin (depending on the website system) the live chat system will work like any major Live Chat software – answer customers quires or pre-sales questions via the website and use our website/server to host the website owners admin section.
I would like it to look similar to chatra.io with the admin section on the right, the main section in the middle and then customer information/open chats on the right (but change depending on the screen size).
The main feature needed;
• Triggers (Auto popups)
• Saved Replies (agent types a key and a list of responses appears)
• Visitor information including the pages that visit has been on and is currently on, location, device, IP and browser
• Where they have been referred from
• Pre-chat form – the customer can fill in name, email, phone number and the agent can set auto replies if they are away, delay or are offline and select the amount of time for those auto replies to send a message
• Allow agents to view message before the customer sends (as the customer types the agent can view) – this should be able to be enabled or disabled
• Allow agents to choose if the live chat is available if customer is using a mobile phone
• Forward messages to an email address if the agents are offline or miss the chats and also do the same for customers
• Agents can view who is online and start a conversation with them in real time
• Agents can view open chats, missed chats, banned chats and all chats in different tabs on the left
• Auto replies – agents can type phrases for FAQ and then type the replies and when someone asks that questions the auto reply will kick in.
• Agents can quickly add auto replies from real time conversation by clicking an + sign to the right of the chat which will copy the customers question and then the reply from the agent – this will go into a queue for the agent to check over and amend (if needed) before the auto reply works
• In the chatbot (auto reply) section there will be different tabs at the top which will be live auto replies, queued auto replies, settings and needs amending (the chatbot will keep track of its replies and learn which ones don’t quite answer the customer's questions).
This is the end aim, but we are looking to do this in stages starting with the live chat features, then moving onto the chatbot features and then the AI features.
