Link hiding/cloaking

Hi,

Am looking for someone who can setup a link hiding/cloaking system for long url's, that I can use across my sites, in PHP.

Am looking for the best solution, I am quite capable of following a system or adding code to pages etc, just need the system setup and instructions on how to follow it once in place. Although I would like the solution to be as simple as possible and not too arduous. I will need to use it for future links too.
