One of our colleagues used his mobile phone to access the internet and within a month had clocked up £7500 which is nearly our total annual account with 6 numbers on the account. The provider does not wish to negotiate and understand our position, they suggest we write to them explaining the situation for their further consideration though when speaking to them they refuse to budge. There was no warning advising us of charges and we feel they should have a duty of care that if they see abnormally high charges being added to the account they should check with us to see if it is with our approval in the same way credit card providers call to confirm authorisation for a puchase.
