We are a dinki small software house and we are suffering badly from late payments. When clients do not renew licenses for long periods of time we want to try a different approach to coaxing them into payment. so we need to understand our legal position from the following angle:

1 - if clients have not paid our license to use the service, are they still covered by our insurance (indemnity etc) for using the service in their business environment.

2 - we will change the colour of the interface to reflect out of license. What kind of legal statement should we have as a footer to show they are no longer covered by our insurance (if possible)
