Laravel Role/Permissions & Team based Crud admin panel

Description of requirements/features: I am looking for a Laravel developer to make a User management crud(Create,Read,Update,Delete) based admin panel for Roles/Permission & teams using below packages on fresh Laravel installation 5.4.X.

Requirements:
1) With full admin access, admin can add/update/delete users.
2) Assign/revoke roles, permission.
3) Assign/Remove from a team.
4) Route protection.
5) Registration form with fields, name, email, generate a password(user can change the password later), assign to team, assign role, assign permission.
6) Proper validation before deleting anything.
7) It should be built in such a way that both packages directive are easily accessible via blade/route files.

Admin panel should be built from scratch, no backpack or alternative.

Example: http://froid.works/codecanyon/user-management-laravel/public/login (But I don't want a popup style layout.)

Experience on creating admin panel before will be given high priority.
