Hi!
I am are looking to apply for a judicial review of the conduct of the police which you believe is illegal.
For this reason, I am looking for a person (Solicitor) who will help me in drafting the statement of claim in line with the provisions of the Police Reforms Act, 2002 and Human Rights Act, 1998.
This project requires a someone like you with great experience within law to do a comprehensive legal research on the landmark cases and the existing legislation including the Police Reforms Act, 2002 and Human Rights Act, 1998 referring to Police Information Notices being issued and the matter referring having the matter Quashing by Judicial Review of which I need a Solicitor to help write the statement/claim for me.
I could end up losing my job for something which I have not had the right to defend and or not have my rights upheld within common law in terms of Human Rights Act 1996 of which this could show on the DBS when having my records checked. I am told the information is not an omission of guilt but just a warning; however Its unfair and not acceptable and I want to challenge this, please let me know if its something that you are able to help?
Thanks
