Issues with wordpress and the plugin "WP all import"

General information for the website: ecommerce products
Description of requirements/features: I have a preinstalled WP theme and have added the WP all import plugin. When trying to import products WP all import reports "Your server terminated the import process" and im not able to import products.. Been trying to import only 5 products - same issues.

I want to add up to 5.000 products at a time, but at the moment its not even working with 5 products.

    Hi Paw

    We've had contact before. The shutdown is likely memory restriction. The process will load the xml file into memory and then work off that. The plugin has settings for restricting chunk sizes, but may not help here. If it's a shared host then you're likely not going to get much help. Stephen

    Hi Paw,

    I've just taken a look at your website and can see it's currently hosted with 'One' hosting. The error you are getting is to do with a limitation that is set by your web hosting with regard to the hosting servers resources - you'll need to contact your host to resolve this error. Have you contacted them yet?

    Some hosts can be a little reluctant to help with issues like this and will often blame your website or plugins etc. However, I guarantee this is a hosting issue. If you have trouble resolving this with them I would be happy to liase with them on your behalf and would just need access to your hosting account/support. Would you like me to quote for this?

    Hi Matthew,
    Thanks for the question. Yes I have been in contact with the hosting company and they say that there is a limitation on the server for 90s. As you say they are very unwilling to change this and blames it on plugins.
    I see that the WP all import shuts down after 1s, so not sure the problem lies with the hosting company.
    You are more than welcome to digg into this, but please come with a offer for the job - so I will know how much the project will cost.
