We are currently in need of 3 to 4 top flight internet marketers and sales people, to be based in the US & United Kingdom. The need is urgent, as our business has grown dramatically. We are an SEO Global Company who works getting companies known on the Internet. We work to bring their ratings and popularity up, giving them high net presence. We work closely with many other businesses and entrepreneurs to help business and start up companies rise to the top quickly and effectively.

Right now, we are composed of a team of 20 SEO experts Globally who work tireless to produce the results you want. Our experts are hard working partners, enterprising, driven, and who think beyond what is required or expected of them. And no is not something they accept easily, and quitting is not an option for them.

What We Need

We are looking for people who possess:

1.Excellent sales skills. We want individuals who believe that they have what it takes and they are better than the rest. People who believe in themselves perform better than those who do not, and we need performers.
2.Above average to excellent communication skills - whether on the phone or in face to face arrangements. Top notch, first rate phone skills are a very important part of this job, especially when working on conference calls.
3.Ability to handle pressure and produce favourable results. If you can handle cold calls, or pitch to several people at the same time, all while being able to close on the client, then you�ve got what it takes.
4. Ability to take direction and follow instructions. Nothing is more frustrating than having to constantly guide a person; directing, instructing, to a certain degree is alright, but frustration sets in of coaching is repeated and frequent.
5.A result oriented mindset. This means that you should be the type of person who makes no excuses, and who always aims to deliver even when difficult situations arise.
6.Certain knowledge about the Internet and an understanding of online research and marketing. It would be good to possess some knowledge of how to utilize internet tools in order to generate sales and leads. Knowledge in this area is a definite plus.
7.Appreciation for being rewarded for their efforts. If you work hard, you expect to be handsomely rewarded. Your motivation is that you believe that you are the best there is out there, and you deserve nothing but the best as well. Do not worry, as high performers are also duly compensated for their efforts in the form of bonuses, paid vacations/trip incentives, etc.
8.Courage to this outside the box. We want people who are innovative in their strategies and schemes. Intelligence, smarts, and common sense are also essential to this job.
9.Willingness to break the rules from time to time. Internet marketing and being a top sales person is not about playing by the rules all the time. We are looking for someone who daring enough to question and work around the rules in order to deliver what is needed and asked from them.
10.Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (which holds for a 3 year period) and a Non-Compete Agreement (which holds for five years). By non-compete, it dose not mean that you cannot go and work for a company who is competition. This means that you cannot compete against this company directly by setting up a similar business.
11.A good sense of humor and a pleasing personality.
