Roadrunner seeks to offer a streamlined second look option for new power vehicles, by offering an instant and paperless financing alternative.
Job Description
We have partnered with manufacturers, and are now focusing on an outreach campaign to sign up dealers on to our platform.
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that will thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day going through the step-by-step process of getting dealers set up on the Roadrunner Financial platform.
The Inside Sales Representative will engage with interested dealers via telephone, and will be the first point of contact during the onboarding process. The position involves communicating with dealers to walk them through the setup of the Roadrunner portal. To ensure their success you will be monitoring their setup and ensuring they are comfortable moving from step to step while following best practices.
This is a remote opportunity, working from your home office to connect with prospects and clients.
Responsibilities
Facilitate operational set up of new dealers on the Roadrunner platform (from start to finish) on the phone
Speak to dealers about the benefits of having Roadrunner as a lender, and answer their questions
Route ‘rolled out’ dealers to the appropriate Account Managers
Participate in sales meetings and articulate market feedback to the entire Roadrunner Financial team
Document all activities and interactions in CRM tool (SalesforceIQ)
Qualifications
HS diploma
Proven sales experience
Strong phone presence and experience dialing many calls per day
Competency using MS Office, and Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, while delivering outstanding customer service.
Self-motivated and highly organized
This position involves working from your own home office. Therefore, a computer, internet connection and headset is required to be considered.
Benefits
$12 to $17 per hour
Option to participate in company health plan (up to $300 of premium covered per month)
40 hrs /week
M-F 10am-6pm ET
