Immigration enquiries or work can only be done by a registered solicitor with an SRA certificate, or someone registered with the Office of the Immigration Commissioner, with a valid ID number. If they do not have this then it is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE for anyone else to handle this job for you.

Hi Oleg
Thankyou for your invitation to write this letter for you; can you please clarify who the letter is for? is it to accompany a visa application or is it as a cover letter to the respective Embassy requesting a visa application?
Thank you
Allison
