I need to transfer 4 websites from Heart Internet to 123-Reg

General information for the website: 4 Basic Wordpress websites
Description of requirements/features: I need somebody to transfer 4 simple Wordpress websites (and their domain names & email accounts) from my current host Heart Internet to my new host 123-Reg. Here are the details of each website:

Website 1

.co.uk domain, small Wordpress site, no email accounts.

Website 2

.co.uk domain, small Wordpress site, 1x email account

Website 3

.co.uk domain, small Wordpress site, 3x email accounts

Website 4

.com .net .info .org domains, small Wordpress site, no email accounts

I'd prefer to work with someone from the UK, and someone that has experience with both of these web hosts.

If at all possible I need their to be minimal downtime, and also I need the email accounts to run as they are now once transferred (same passwords etc, so the email users don't have to amend any settings on their email clients).
