Description
Experience Level: Expert
Industry: Legal
Design details: Our clients are solicitors in Ireland. One of their services is organizing for compensation for people whose homes have been affected by Pyrite Heave. We're looking to create an infographic to attract those customers.
AIMS
• To educate homeowners in Pyrite-infected areas on Pyrite
• To educate homeowners that there is an alternative to the government funding if they are looking to claim for Pyrite Heave
• To be a one-stop resource for those in Ireland who want to know about Pyrite
• To be featured in local new sites and various other sites around the web with an interest in property development
Target audience: Residents of Pyrite-infected areas: • Homeowners who live in house built between 2002-2007 • Homeowners in Kildare, Louth, North Leinster, Fingal, Offaly, Dublin, Meath • People looking to buy a new home in Ireland
Ideas for the visual style: The infographic should have an authoritative tone and be crammed full of facts (through diagrams, figures, stats) about Pyrite. After reading it, the reader should feel like they have learnt something and should want to keep it to refer back to it at a later date.
Where the design will be used: It will be hosted on a website. • Infographic will be hosted on wordpress site so need to be wordpress compatible • 800px wide
Extra notes: Infographic needs to be able to be embedded on external sites.
The infographic does already exist but it needs to be improved to look more professional.
The content should follow a narrative:
- Introduction – what is pyrite?
- Where is it found?
- How to identify pyrite heave?
- How to resolve it?
The information should be eyecatching and easy to read.
