I need an accountant to sign off my self employed accounts

Description of support work: Hi,

I’m looking for a qualified accountant to sign of my self-employed accounts for a very urgent mortgage application.

I am self-employed and do my own bookkeeping and tax return. My mortgage provider has informed me that my 2013/2014 accounts need to be signed off by a qualified accountant. I could wait for HMRC to send out my SA302, once I have submitted my tax return, however I need my mortgage approved ASAP otherwise I stand to lose the property I’m purchasing.

My accounts are very accurate and in one concise spreadsheet. I need an accountant with one of the below qualifications, so I can submit these accounts to my mortgage provider as soon as possible:

1. The Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA/FCA)
2. The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA/FCCA) PAH Accounting
3. The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
4. The Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountancy (CIPFA)

6. The Association of International Accountants (AIA)
7. The Chartered Institute of Taxation and Association of Taxation Technicians (CIOT/ATT)
8. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS)
9. Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI)
