Description
Experience Level: Entry
Design details: House needs to be selected from the web page https://www.floorplans.com/ and needs to have at least 200 m2 of usefull surface. Deadline is until 25. 8. 2017.
BIM model requirements:
- (Project Properties)
- (Story Settings)
- (Grids for modelling of walls)
- (Walls should be Classified Load bearing and Non-Load Bearing Elements)
- (Walls should Classified external and Internal wall)
- (Connections of the Modelled Walls should be appropriate according to the used Composite Structures)
- (Openings and stairways should be modelled)
- (Roofing systems should be modelled)
- (Zone names with footage should be included)
*MODEL VIEWS
- (All the views that are used on layouts should be first define in "View Map", pen sets, ... etc should be defined)
- (Views should include also at least one 3D document)
- (the list of layouts should be part of PDF)
- (drawings in floorplans and cross sections should be dimensioned):
o (Floorplans from foundations, stories and roofing)
o (4 facaedes)
o (two crossections)
o (dimensions should be in cm or in meters with 2 decimals)
o (include at least one 3D document along with the floorplan)
o (If you have external detail, you may include it in the project pdf)
Schedules
o (list of spaces with footage)
o (schedule of windows and doors)
o (schedule of components of materials)
Visualisation and films
o (external materials - textures should be defined)
o (include at least 2 interior and 2 exterior renders and one 3D cross section)
o (for renders also use at least one artificial light)
o Fly-trhough (create a fly through animation)
