You appear to be looking for two types of freelancer here.
1) Ghostwriter/Proofreader/editor
2) Syllabus & curriculum curator for a wellbeing course
With respect, the two roles seem to be quite varied and independent of each other.
Are you specifically looking for someone who has the skills to fulfill the requirements of both roles, or are you open to separating the roles and receiving submissions for ghostwriter/Proofreader/editor/ and syllabus & curriculum curator individually?Tasnim A.04 Jun 2017Yes I am open to separating the roles and receiving submissions for ghostwriter/Proofreader/editor/ and syllabus & curriculum curator individually. However the curriculum will be based on the contents of the book

Hi Tasnim,
I hope you're well.
Could you please share a few pages of your work?
Thanks,

He began the creation of man from clay; then spread his progeny by an extract the nature of a despicable water; then He shaped him …yet you are seldom grateful
Read! Read in the name of Allah who created man…Read, because “In the Remembrance of Allah do hearts find ease.”
Breathing, is one of our most vital functions to keep the body alive. Indeed, every, and all other functions of the body depend upon it. Breathing or breath marks the beginning of life and breath also marks the end of life. The way in which we breath will affect the quality of our life, because the way in which we breath will have a direct effect on the heart, our mind and our thoughts and emotions. Indeed, our general health and wellbeing is dependent on our breathing, and the overall homeostasis of the whole body is reliant on it. To survive the body needs to maintain homeostasis.
Homeostasis is a “state of physiological equilibrium in the living body (temperature, blood pressure, chemical content etc.) under variations in the environment” “a tendency to stability in the normal body states (internal environment) of the organism” “Homeostasis is how the body keeps conditions inside it the same. Scientists describe it as the maintenance of a constant internal environment. Two examples of things that the body keeps the same are: body temperature at 37°C the amount of water inside our body. Keeping these two the same is not always easy when the outside environment is changing constantly. But it is important so that all our cells function properly. Strenuous exercise, or living in a hot or cold environment, affect our body temperature and water balance.
We need to breath correctly through our nose and not through our mouth. It is fundamental that we understand the difference between nose breathing and mouth breathing. There are many forms of breathing exercises, and the ways in which breathing is taught, Yoga encourages breathing into the abdomen, which is great for relaxation. In Pilates, thoracic or lateral breathing is encouraged. Most people are not aware of the way they breath, breathing too shallow, or hyperventilating. When asked to breathe deeply, they will either raise their shoulders around their ears and arch the backs, or they will breath deep into their lower abdominals.
Our lungs are situated in the rib cage and when we breath in the ribcage will expand, the pressure in our thoracic cavity reduces, and the lungs inflate, activating cell receptors in the lung known as stretch receptors. The muscles between the ribs are worked , encouraging bring strength and flexibility in the upper body, and keeps the thoracic spine more fluid and mobile. The lungs act like bellows, the lower rib cage expanding wide as you breath in and contracting as you breath out. The diaphragm descends as we breath in, as we breath out diaphragm rises, pulling up with it the pelvic floor.
“These lungs stretch sensors are connected to heart-slowing neurons and can alter their activity as you breathe. So, when the lungs fill up, the brain senses it and responds by reducing the heart rate by increasing the activity of heart-slowing neurons. The volume of the lung cavity is increased and therefore the capacity for oxygen is increased. These receptors relay information to the brain that the lungs are now stretched. “Respiratory sinus arrhythmia occurs is both physical (i.e. changes in the amount of blood that return to the heart due to pressure changes in the chest during breathing) and neural (i.e. fluctuations in the activity of neurons that slow the heart). The neurons that slow the heart are in the brain (the medulla to be precise) and have axons that project all the way to the heart itself. The activity of these heart-slowing neurons tends to peak as you reach the end of a breath in and start to exhale, with the consequence that your heart rate reduced as you breathe out”.
Neurons in the brain generate rhythmic activity that drives the muscles of breathing automatically to keep us breathing and are connected to the heart-slowing neurons, which have the ability alter their activity from within the brain with each breath we take.
“The cardiovascular system is controlled and influenced by not only a unique intrinsic system, but is also heavily influenced by the autonomic nervous system as well as the endocrine system.”
“The cardiovascular system is a closed system connecting a pump to blood vessels (i.e., arteries, capillaries, veins). The heart serves as the pump that moves blood through blood vessels thereby providing the needed oxygen and nutrients to the body…the heart is not simply an isolated actor. The cardiovascular system responds to not only acute but also chronic changes in blood pressure and homeostasis. Body homeostasis and survival are therefore the main functions of the cardiovascular system. Factors actively influencing the cardiovascular system range from the central nervous system including the brain and spinal cord to the peripheral nervous system with fibers being transported through spinal nerves to the glands, e.g., adrenals, vasculature and even to the urinary system (kidneys). The cardiovascular system is controlled and influenced by not only a unique intrinsic conduction system, but is also heavily influenced by the autonomic nervous system as well as the endocrine system.”
Stress and the Heart
“In the remembrance of Allah, do hearts find ease”.
When your brain, more specifically the hypothalamus, which is a very small part of the brain, perceives a threat , real or imagined, your heart is instantly alerted.
The smartest thing we can do five times a day is to connect with our Creator through Salaat at the times He has ordained to get the maximum benefit. In Salaat we start our communication with Him through the reciting of the opening chapter of the Quran, The Fatiha. the rest of the Quran is our answer to our request to “guide us to the straight path …” the rest of the Quran is His guidance.
