How does Honeywell Flame rod model (Q3400A) use with arduino?
I need to measure an amperage not greater than 1.3 uA or a voltage not greater than 130 mV, according to the sensor specifications.

The problem is that I can not find a way to detect with one of the analog ports of arduino to work it. Or what kind of circuit can I implement to work with arduino?

I attached the information that i could find it about it.

Use an Arduino controller to switch on and off solenoid valves controlling both pilot and main gas inputs to a stovetop. Upon turning on the system the controller will open the gas valve for the pilot solenoid gas valve and activate the “Igniter" circuit with electrical current. When the “Ignitor" lights the pilot the flame will heat the “Flame Rod” and the “Flame Rod” will generate a micro current (1.3 uA / 130 mV). The Arduino must sense this uA/mV and then open the main gas selenoid valve for safe operation and ignition of the main flame. Should the pilot light cease heating the “Flame Rod” then the main gas selenoid valve will close for safety reasons. NOTE- In this install we have multiple burners and a total of 3 separate “Igniter-Flame Rod Assemblies”.

Do not currently know how to sense the micro current (1.3 uA / 130 mV) with the Arduino board.

Amplifier attempted to use for micro current- 741 Operational Amplifier

Need to resolve the hardware that will provide a detectable input to the Arduino for the “Flame Rod” micro current (3 assemblies). Also need and any special coding related to detecting the micro current.

I have the ability to produce PCB’S and all the other coding and interface with “igniter” and gas solenoid valves is currently working as per requirements- just cannot detect micro current.
