Part Time Personnel Assistant/Administration Manger
At present I am looking for someone on a part time basis to help me out with ongoing administration within my company which is a Civil/Structural Engineering Company. The role is flexible and can be done remotely. I would say 20-30 hours per month at present but this is likely to increase as we are growing at present. The role is varied and will involve the following:
Managing Accounts and Invoices on Xero and Workflow Max.
Managing company’s Quality Management Systems.
Preparing Design Reports.
Preparing tender packages.
Managing Senior Managements travel.
Helping with implementing business development strategies for growing practice.
Managing projects on workflow max
Setting up job templates for similar jobs on workflow max.
Setting up quote templates on workflow max.
Putting Financial Reports monthly together
Adding suppliers to workflow max
Jobs archiving and organizing folders on google drive
Business plan needs to be typed and formatted.
Putting company presentation together on Power Point
Personnel Costings needs to managed
Update clients on Workflow Max
Blog typing up every month
Engineering reports typing up
Website typing up items to be uploaded every month.
Helping with putting together items for ISO 9001: 2015 Audit next year.
Sorting storing emails after projects complete.
Previous experience in construction sector not essential in-house training on offer.
