We urgently need a professional HRM related proofreader to correct and edit a 15,000 words HRM related article.

Problems of dissertation:

1) Check the Structure, as some chapters not proper for a academic dissertation.
2) English correctness
3) Rephrasing
4) Please add linkage for every chapter/subchapter
5) The FINDING Chapter: It is not the correct way of data finding. It must explain that : For instance, one manager says this’¦.. and second manager says ’¦..
Also it needs the writers own conclusion for this part.
6) For academic writing, it is recommended to write a short conclusion for every chapter.
7) For the final chapter (Conclusion part), the student missed the RECOMMENDATION, please add it.

Also please check if the dissertation properly contains the following:
(a) Summary of main findings as a series of statements.
(b) Conclusions and directions for further research.
(c) Recommendations.
8) Check/edit the Writing Style, Must be Harvard referencing.
