Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a Specialist in HR with specific experience in the search of multiple agents in Germany and Switzerland.
We wish to make contact with eight multiple agents with experience in the sale of
• smoking accessories and/or
• small leather products and/or
• table games
that can cover the whole country and already have a customer portfolio consisting of retailers and wholesalers.
We offer: commissions at the highest levels of the market.
PHASE 1
The work consists in:
- Setting up a database of major internet search engines for work in Germany and Switzerland both locally and nationally ( on line and off line ) indicating the ones most effective in terms of achieving the target. This database will contain media online and off line (job search websites and social media) and institutional (such as trade associations, chambers of commerce) and will contain at least 20 names with the indication of the best ones for quality and coverage in relation to the type of contract and sector.
- Referring the 5 channels of communication most suitable for the research of agents considering the overall research budget for the adv (€ 400.00 + VAT per Country) and the maximum exposure time required (1 month)
- Translate the announcement in German (from English) and suggest improvements to attract the chosen target
- Running ads in the selected media entering our Client email
- Collecting and sending to our attention the CVs of the candidates in a special table showing the rankings achieved by each of them on the basis of the requests included in the ad
- Closing the search by removing ads published following the achievement of the goal
PHASE 2
Only if the search by publication announcement does not reach the goal of selecting candidates with the specific requirements we ask then to:
- Identify non-exclusive agents of complementary products (we will provide names of Company) through social media or other sources
- Contact them by sending an email of the company presentation and / or by phone by explaining the work opportunity in order to apply for an interview.
Requirements for the job:
Experience in the research and selection of non-exclusive agents in Germany and/or Switzerland
Using Social Media and the Internet to search for candidates
Punctuality and precision
English at a minimum level B1
Candidates research experience

From now until 26th to October the 31st.
