Answer, evaluate requests, provide support for end users with IT related issues,
Follow Help Desk procedures to log all requests using ticketing software,
Resolive moderately complex problems and coordinate escalation for more complex issues,
Contribute to documentation and metrics reporting

May I ask how fluent you need someone to be in french please? I know you say bilingual, my french is rusty to say the least but I can usually hold a conversation :-)
