We have a helpdesk system which has a number of key screens which we have developed. We are pretty certain this code can be reviewed, simplified and made more efficient.

Main Dashboard - displays system stats and call queues for staff.

Call Lists - screen linked to from the Dashboard which call relevant queries depenent on link from main dashboard

Call Details - display individual call details linked from Call Lists screen.

Add call - new call screen

Add action - add new actions

Edit call/actions - as add screens but to edit records.
