Description of support work: We run a marketing/lead generation agency called http://www.theprospectingwizard.com and we basically run multi-step outbound campaigns (email, letter, LinkedIn) for a variety of clients in the UK and abroad. most of our data is housed in Google Drive (we like this because it's simple and free!) and we would like this to remain the case going forward. We have been working through our GDPR gap analysis to make sure we are compliant before May and making decent progress. Where we need some help however is:
1. reviewing our current structure for filing data for clients and ideally our wider data management processes and offering us advice on best practice for how to do this to make it as efficient as possible
2. seeing whether there are ways for us to limit data entry points and potentially create some management dashboards to pull stats together (we have some but need to enhance)
3. Help us ensure we become GDPR compliant in the way we access/handle our data both in the UK and abroad (we have guys in India, Philippines, SA, Colombia etc handling the data)
4. Help us build a capacity management dashboard which shows us, based on the volumes of campaigns we send out one the coming months, when various people are going to hit bottle necks. We have timed how long each task in the business takes and how much time it takes for the various members of the team to implement a campaign for a client (all our campaigns ae identical in terms of the work required to deliver them)
5. anything else you spot that needs tidying up!
Please can you let me know if you can potentially help? Also need to be able to 'program' google docs/sheets in terms of formulae for grabbing data from one sheet and pulling into another etc.
Extra notes: Ideally this would suit someone with excellent Excel experience. Must be willing to meet face-to-face somewhere between the Midlands and Devon (to be arranged).
