Hello,
I am throwing a party this coming Friday (27th) and need 200 balloons filled with helium for the evening with ribbon attached to the end.
I simply don't have the time to complete this simple task. I will supply the balloons, helium and ribbon.
I live in Morden, Surrey, SM4, which is on the Northern Line into London.
This will involve coming to my home and putting these up, probably within my garage.
