We are a relatively new online jobsite specialising in expat job vacancies for English and foreign language jobs within Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Our clients are employers and recruiters specifically seeking foreign speaking and multi-lingual staff.

We pride ourselves of providing the biggest selection of job vacancies, career advice and recruitment options specifically targeted at Expats and therefore becoming a valuable recruitment tool for our clients. We offer recruitment agencies and direct employers various advertising packages depending on their recruitment needs and budgets.

We are seeking a dynamic, go-getting B2B Sales Executive on a commission-only basis, to join our expanding online recruitment business and head our European sales operation.

Based in London, you will head our European operations having total exclusivity to sell our services within your territory.

As this is a complete autonomous role, you will utilise your sales experience to:

* Development your own personal sales pipeline of leads from right across the European continent.

* Provide proactive management to won accounts - capitalising on the retention of their business and subsequent revenue.

* Perform minor administrative tasks to enable the company to support your sales and account management efforts.

The successful candidate will need to be internet savvy and have a slight understanding of the recruitment process. You will have no less than 5 years direct experience in a sales acquisition role; building and nurturing your own client portfolio within a B2B product & service orientated environment. You have a real passion for providing high quality results and service through precise and effective communication.

As the business is a fast-paced, high growth company and your enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit will be rewards with uncapped earnings through our generous and transparent two tier commission structure.

1st tier: Fixed commission rate paid on all successful transactions made within the assigned territory.

2nd tier: Commission rate is doubled, if the monthly territory turnover target is achieved.

OTE equal a gross income starting from £3400 per month.

Although this is a self-employed position and encourage the successful applicant to pursue a effective work/life balance, we do required a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week worked over 4 days. Scheduling of those days is completely up to the successful candidate.

A reliable computer, Microsoft office and a Skype account are 3 necessary tools needed for this position.

The successful applicant must have already made their own self employment/trading licence arrangements. Proof of this will be required.

As this is a key role in our business and are looking to forge a long-term ongoing partnership with the successful candidate, we are expecting applicants to submit their CV along with a covering letter detailing the key skills that posses making them suitable for such a key position. We are looking for the candidate to begin duties in early November.
